MOJO is seeking a motivated, self-starting customer success professional who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment, as we look to expand our network of youth sports partners and build awareness of our award-winning youth sports app.

Responsibilities
- Own post-sale implementation process with our organizational customers, diligently managing launch timelines and key milestones to ensure timely and seamless rollout
- Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g. product, sales) during launch and post-launch, clearly communicating project timelines and deliverables internally and externally
- Cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with our youth sports league and club partners through regular business reviews, product updates, and goals discussions
- Manage seasonal renewal and re-launch calendar of our youth sports partners
- Respond to inbound B2B and B2C customer support needs and manage overall support desk
- Conduct regular trainings and webinars of our award-winning coaching app to youth sports organizations and coaches
- Assist in development of youth sports curriculums as needed for strategic partners and governing bodies
- Serve as “voice of customer” to product and content teams by gathering regular feedback, needs, and suggestions from league partners and their constituents
- Identify customer evangelists/promoters for purposes of research, beta testing, and reselling
- Assist with market research to support sales and customer success teams
Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Customer success or account management experience required, preferably in a high-stakes environment managing a large portfolio of clients
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects with extremely fluid timelines; project management experience highly desirable
- Tireless work ethic and passion to make a difference in the lives of kids and families – a love of sports is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with natural desire to help people and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
