What we're looking for
MOJO is seeking a motivated, self-starting business development professional who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment, as we look to expand our network of youth sports partners and build awareness of our award-winning youth sports coaching app.
We are on a mission to transform youth sports and build the world's most beloved and family-friendly sports brand, so we are seeking people who share our passion for making a difference and can be ambassadors of our company.
Responsibilities
- Develop new partnerships and drive adoption of our products by nurturing opportunities with youth sports leagues and their various stakeholders, including board members, administrators, and coaches
- Meet individual sales goals while building and managing a high-volume sales pipeline
- Conduct web presentations to youth sports leagues, clubs, and associations showcasing our product line and telling our company story
- Identify prospect needs and pain points while crafting deal structures that are mutually beneficial for client and company
- Contribute to broader growth strategy and execution as part of sales team
- Assist as needed with creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Work closely with customer success team to coordinate new partner implementations for seamless post-sale handoff and launch
- Gather prospect and customer feedback to further inform product and content roadmaps
- Maintain diligent account records utilizing company CRM
- Assist with market research to support sales and customer success teams
- Attend youth sports expos and partner workshops
